Bruce is a seasoned hospitality executive with 25+ years of experience developing, acquiring, and operating hotels across Texas and beyond. His expertise spans the full investment lifecycle — from ground-up construction to strategic acquisitions and asset repositioning — consistently creating enhanced value for stakeholders. Over his career, he has owned and operated properties under some of the industry's most respected brands, including Marriott and IHG, where he maintains an active presence today, as well as Hilton and Choice Hotels earlier in his portfolio.

A recognized industry leader, Bruce served as AAHOA Chairman (2016–2017), representing the interests of over 20,000 hotel owners nationwide. He has delivered more than 500 speeches at major industry conferences and events over the past two decades and has been featured in numerous trade publications and media outlets, cementing his reputation as a trusted voice in hospitality.

Beyond his business accomplishments, Bruce is deeply committed to community impact, actively supporting multiple non-profit organizations and causes he believes in.

Danny is a dedicated professional with 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, including financing, real estate development, construction, and management. His expertise and persistence have played a pivotal role in executing projects smoothly across the firm's portfolio.

His expertise spans real estate development, construction, capital allocation, finance and accounting, deal analysis, and technology.

Beyond the firm, Danny volunteers his time coaching and developing children in basketball and football, teaching the fundamentals of core values in their daily lives.
