Dabu Group developed the Elmore Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio Collection by Marriott, within one of the most active growth corridors of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
The project was delivered ground-up by Dabu Group as developer and sponsor, in partnership with Marriott International. Tribute Portfolio was selected for its design-forward positioning and strong direct-booking economics within the independent-minded guest segment.
Programming centers on a residentially scaled lobby, an elevated all-day restaurant, and meeting space sized to capture demand from the surrounding corporate campuses.
