Bruce is the Managing Partner & CEO of Dabu Group, who has developed, owned and operated more than 30 hotels primarily in Texas, including properties under the Marriott, Hilton and IHG brands among others over the past 28 years. Bruce possesses extensive expertise in deal sourcing, negotiations, acquisitions, development, hotel operations, and dispositions.

Bruce served as the 2016-2017 AAHOA Chairman and has been featured in numerous industry magazines throughout his career. He is deeply committed to giving back to communities in need through various non-profit organizations. Currently, he is the chairman of Able Faith, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals with neurological disabilities become more mobile, engaged and supported in living their fullest lives. Bruce holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and a B.S. in Hotel & Restaurant Management from University of Houston.
